But as mentioned, it's a letter of intent, not a signed deal... there's a good chance this will be a pump and dump until there's signatures on paper. I speak from experience in holding stocks that have released "done deals" but signature to come... yet never eventuated for whatever reason and down went the price. Don't hold you're breath, don't cross your fingers and don't hope for the best - just play the game like everyone else is.
