What is the Deal did not work out?

Hi All, I have personally observed this share for a while, as someone mentioned, looks like it has been DT's playing ground.

I cant agree more if the reverse acquisition settle, the potential would be massive, but have anyone consider the possibility the deal falls apart? This share would not even worth 0.1 cent?

I did my own research, looks like 6% shareholder dont want to the deal go head? the prolonged silence indicate a long journey....

Im bit of hesitated to step in, can some one give me bit honest wisdom?
