    IMO either you and/or F76 could be right, it just isn't an exact science. There is also something in the market called sentiment isn't there, it can be redhot or so fickle as to make us all look silly, temporarily.

    On the other hand, between now and when the rights taken up start trading, more news which the market likes can take it past $1, maybe never to return? So, you can take rights up and they can be an immediate windfall, or they just become part of your gradual accumulation of a quality stock, provided that's how you still view your original investment. In this particular case I wouldn't be worried about dilutionary factors, its just got so much going for it.

    Hope this has helped, but keep asking the question, and always revisit why you took your original stake.
