In regards to my opinion of the acquisition, I would say why repeat, create work and reinvent the wheel when you can simply re-use and improve on something that is already a working concept? I think it's a smart acquisition and allows ADRC to be used in proper industry settings in actual deployments, same as the Leapin announcement. Sometimes to get into a market you need to force your way in, and this is exactly what we have done with this announcement. Placing our solutions into the hands of customers without having to give them the hard sell.
