Questions to the board.   When did you know of the ingress of water and the resulting washout?
Why wasn't the market told  before any of the scheduled Wednesday announcements if there was a significant event affecting the flow testing.

Progress All equipment has been rigged - up and tested on site.
Completion operations have progressed efficiently and are ahead of plan.
The 7” casing was scraped and circulated to clean fluid and then the cement
integrity bond log was run on electric line.
The tubing conveyed perforating guns were run and the C sand and upper and lower D sands were perforated for flow at a later stage in the operation.
It is anticipated that completion operations will continue for the forthcoming week and operations include a further 7” casing clean - out run prior to running the zonal isolation completion

Progress

Following perforation the wellbore was cleaned out prior to running the completion. The zonal isolation completion was then successfully run and pressure tested. The well was circulated to inhibited completion brine and the
Christmas tree was installed and tested successfully. On Tuesday 5 April 2016, at 0700hrs the rig was off hire and the rig equipment was demobilised from site. The completion was successfully accomplished ahead of schedule and within budget.

Progress

The completion rig and personnel were demobilised from the RGN-1 site. The well testing equipment was mobilised to site, and then installed and pressure tested.
Wireline swabbing of the C sand commenced to remove sufficient completion brine in the tubing string to induce flow in the C sand.
This operation has taken longer than expected due to losses of completion brine to the formation during the perforating and completion programme.
Minor wireline equipment issues have also slowed progress. Positive indications that the well is progressively being induced to flow are evident.​

Gas and condensate recovered to surface from C and Upper D sands;
High water production attributed to poor cement integrity due to shale wash-outs during drilling;
C and Upper D sands require further well activity to convert contingent resource to reserves;
Test results on Lower D zone imminent.​
