Check your 1H, the EUR spike happened on the Philly index. It started moving up prior 2 hours earlier but the fuel was the Cable that rocketed up after taking out the Asian session low first!
I am now interested how the NY opening on SP500is to this index being bearish. I don't for a moment assume it will be positive because it directly impact industrial production.
