    Does this deal mean that TYX currently has 7% of MPJ; and potential can own upto another 3% of the company? based on purchase prices of 80,000,000 mill shares at 1c each?

    Just really confused about this this is that 80,000,000 in shares before or after consolidation? at the current price of 8.3c a share for MPJ; its like a paper profit of $7.3million.

    Is this correct?

    Can someone with more insight shed some light?
