    The only thing is the formal signing of the deal and I would like to know the percentage xtv would be getting as they would be sharing it with TPT.

    xTV is acquiring 100% of TPT so they wouldn't be sharing it with anyone...There are revenue milestones paid out in cash and shares but that's it
