The difference with the stem cell stocks is that there has not been a run up in anticipation of a successful trial.In fact our market cap has gone from 3 billion to one billion in the last time 5 years.
When big money knows a drug will fail they run the price up to dump the shares. Here they keep the price down because they know all these trials are successful
