If there is a return of capital or cancellation
of shares the options get adjusted.
Option holders have to get the same benefit
as share holders if that happens.
I don't think this qualifies.
They will be diluted and receive no extra benefit
to share holders.
This is issue of shares,not reconstruction of capital.
Otherwise,someone would have been over this
like white on rice.
