    April 22 (Reuters) - Flat Glass Industries Ltd (FGI) :

    • Variation of takeover bid (FGI)
    • MHG will not increase the offer price further
    • Increased offer price is scheduled to close on 17 may 2016
    • Says offer for all ordinary shares in Flat Glass Industries is declared free from defeating conditions
    • Says all cash offer price is increased to $0.11 per share on best and final price deal
