This is good stuff, Mallorca, and I assume it's genuine, as I hadn't realised that NOR was listed in Frankfurt. The good news is the price rise and healthy candlesticks. The bad news is that the best bid is 2.8, the volume is negligible and that NOR is presumably paying listing fees in Germany.
