    April 26 (Reuters) - G8 Education Ltd (GEM) :

    • Proposed tender offer and consent solicitation in respect of s$260 million 4.75 per cent. fixed rate notes due 2017
    • Commenced an invitation to the holders of the notes to offer to sell for cash to the company
