From memory but I'ms sure it's all there in a number of reports from about 2014 onwards.

Yes they previously ruled out VHMS deposit because I believe (i.e. my opinion) they couldn't explain the small, but high quality DSO grade ore at the shallow depth. If they called that out as VHMS then it would look like what it is - a very small, uneconomic deposit but....

They had those "pipes"; so they had to try and find a logical explanation for those because "feeder pipes" don't really exist for VHMS deposits. So they called them out as breccia pipes and suggested it was a porphyry deposit and there might be a magma chamber deep deep down. Lots of copper but low grades. Keeps the flame alive.

But then they got Impaler and that didn't fit that model. It suggested VHMS; very unlikely your going to have both types of deposits on such a small patch of ground (impossible would be my view).

Then the pipes started to get thinner at depth. Not suggestive of feeders from a magma chamber.

So then back to VHMS and that brings you up to date.

The only problem I have (apart from the all the chopping and changing in theory and the drilling of that one small deposit about 57 different ways) - if the small deposit at 70m-ish is an eroded VHMS deposit (in my simple words - it was there, then exposed to the elements, eroded to what's left and then covered back up) then all the elements associated with a VHMS deposit would be in the ground.

So it's going to be one of two ways - the larger VHMS deposit has eroded to the smaller one (been called out by a few people most recently Shady Merv) or maybe it has been remobilised due to the extensive folding and faulting and might be lower down.

I've already expressed my view which way I'm leaning in all probability.

Anyway... hope that answers some of your questions. Now I'll go read the report.
