Referring to Shareholders as Unitholders in the letter from the Chairman who is a keen advocate of using a Trust that he is a major holder in and long standing Chairman in plus with Trust board members in the wings ready to join as paid AHF board members isn't a good start either.
There is clearly work to be done on all levels including better quality shareholder communication.
