Phoned again and got someone more knowledgeable. Had to delete desktop short cuts, go into My Computer and find the Comsec logo, go into that file and delete the data, bin and boot files. Click again on the "big $ sign" after which it has started to initialise another application, and as I am on dial up it will take a while. Hope it makes it by the end of the day!! What a ridiculous procedure to have to go through, why cannot they have it automatically update from their website!! Technology - ugh!
