Not all is lost. There are ways around all of this but it will take some effort from management as they will need to start listening to outsiders and start thinking outside of their comfy little members only club. AHF has a great business model and one ,if proven correct, that will make many sit up and take note. Joshcar and Grant62 both made mention of the corporate structure and its complexities. Is this really needed? I suspect there could be some financial savings in trimming down some of these structures as well.

The sp will go up because the business is robust enough however opportunities can be lost if things are not tied up and we get derailed from our path.
