The container is only on loan to CMA they are the lessee. The Qingdao Pacific Container Co own it. Qingdao has become a Chinese LME. It could be possible that they are doing the dealing from China. Maybe AVB has no idea who the end user is when it leaves the port. It will be really interesting to find some more details.
