Uni, (and others who maybe don't got it yet . .)

    - see "Reverse Stock Split" thread from end Mar early Apr.

. . this from filing (bold added)

    The filing states:

" . . For example, assuming a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, each CDI holder would be entitled to direct CDN to vote one share of our Common Stock for every sixty CDIs held by such holder (rather than one share of our Common Stock for every six CDIs held by such holder, as is currently the case). For the avoidance of doubt, each CDI holder would continue to hold the same number of CDIs after the reverse stock split, but each CDI would represent an interest in this example in one- sixtieth of a share of our Common Stock rather than one-sixth of a share of our Common Stock. . . "

i.e. we'll keep the same number of UNS CDIs on the ASX as we already have, and each will be worth the same amount in AU$ . . but they will represent a smaller fraction of a future UNIS Common Stock on NAS (then each UNIS will be worth 10 x more than the current SP in US$)

e.g. for 1/10 RS , UNS CDI becomes 1/60th of UNIS CS (instead of current 1/6)

I thought this was clear enough.

. .  and if UNS can "snap out of it" , AU$0.35c could be around a 3 bagger from here.
    Onwards and upwards . .
