The comment i was referring to is
"The deal has been done but chip maker choices not to make the ann until they feel the time is right!'
Irrespective of whether it works or not if a contract is signed and market sensitive it has to be released. This kind of agreement cannot be held back because of insider trading...Take a MOU for example, nothing tried and tested but it has to be released. Companies are not at liberty to sit on market information...
