1. I can't confirm on who will be eligible for the offer, but yeah I would imagine it is existing holders, it is subject to re-rating at the companies discretion, so 2c is not set in stone.
The prospectus, well the entire RTO is general has seen a few delays, but the prospectus is due May 12th, this is detailed in the NOM.
2. No plans for consolidation to my knowledge.
