It looks like someone is trying to prop this stock up from its retreat from 2.8c this morning. If you look closley at market depth there are 3 buyers all wanting 1 million shares at 0.023, 0.024 and 0.025 respectively.
At a glance the bid side looks very healthy, if of course they are legitimate buyers.
I do like APG but I think there is some stock manipulation going on at the moment
