Not sure about your "take profit" methodology, as it's a very risky way to invest. You are obviously confident on where and when the dips and peaks will occur. Good luck with that, but "be careful"!
The tenement on paper seems to be a small time investment option, 10k here, 35k there etc, but you need to understand where it has come from.
Helen and Paul at Geotech basically collect tenements over time and feed them back to the market at a premium, depending on current trends. The Donnelly plot is ripe for sale now and they will gladly let it go for the agreed terms because that is what they do and the model of sale to PIO is a pretty standard one for them. I do take your point about the environmental sensitivity concerns. Seeing the words "forest roads" certainly catches your attention. The tenement however is well known to DMP, but will come with all the usual challenges of permit application, environmental surveying and indigenous approvals. Nothing new there.
It's going to be on the back burner for a bit I'd guess, but it certainly is a good time to acquire it, especially given the grades already found. Note that these surveys along river beds etc are indicative of high grade "ore", but the eventual drill/mine sites may be in a very different location. Certainly will be a while to get that one up and running, but great to have it.
Mavis is the real clincher here, as we could see a continuation of previous testing and exploration. May well see some cash pumped into that very soon and the wheels spinning sooner than we think, good momentum there.
I think Dave will want to get stuck into ACRA ASAP. The time is now for fully testing the potential for a pit or several pits. Cash is in for peppering it.
Gangfeng are going at lithium at full throttle and if you know the Chinese like I do, you will know they are highly strategic, anxious to acquire and position themselves for the future.
I believe the relationship with GFG will become more apparent very very soon.
If you are in, then I think holding and riding the coaster would be the more prudent strategy. Each to their own with DT/LTH etc, but I believe we are on the verge of a significant breakout and will prove to be an ongoing explorer/producer in Lithium, Gold and Nickel.
There are companies that would kill for our diversification and quality of tenements.
We are in a very good position. I welcome the CR and has been said by a few here, inc Pal, it's better to have the money available to prove the asset, than to be sitting on your hands waiting for dice to roll you a 7.
Cheers all.
