Why has the payment not been made? If i agree to buy xxx amount and pay xxx amount surely it should be paid as per an agreement before a certain time. I'm sure if I bought a TV from Harvey Norman under contract and not paid would soon get knocks on the door after the agreed time for payment. So whats the difference?
