when a solid Sales agreement placed in front of you, would you buy it? China is not the primary target, simply because they didn't get into the market yet. Except China, which country would be? Japan/Singapore, well developed market, no much room left over, India, Indonesia, supplier over demand+ buying power of very limited, not much room left over either
Be realistic, what made the Share price went NORTH end of last year, CDC into CHINESE market, the only logistically feasible market, demand well above supply, without Chinese market connection, this share has NIL selling point with the size of the business, it the New Market they could penetrate, will drive the sales, hence drive the bottom line, result int better return, better SP.
What "sufficient shareholders" know anything about this business/industry, not much, indeed. Reading announcement doesn't build up the industrial/business knowledge. Sophisticated Shardholder would only care of the return rate they would end up with.
No doubt, if you target @10 years LT, you maybe right, the price would eventually reflect the time value of your investment.
