Debt is still an issue for me, but as per the other thread I have set my concerns aside based on all the other metrics being so strong.
As I said I also added to my holdings in the end - and got lucky with the news this week.
I will continue to lobby the company to address the level of debt, prudent capital management would suggest there is room to reduce the dividend payout ratio somewhat and reduce the debt. While the recievables facility makes up a lot of the debt there is still more than I am normally comfortable with as a percentage of capital - and just because its a recievables facility doesnt mean its debt that can be totally ignored in terms of fundamental analysis.
Anyway great little spurt today and looks like the instros are starting to fill their buckets, onwards and upwards!
