until you deliver you product the customer is not a debtor...

therefore, how do you fund the manufacture of the product prior to its delivery.

I supplied 40,000 hotel rooms in north America and each room had a set top box to deliver video and internet.

One of our set top box suppliers went busto as they could fund the manufacturing cost of the orders they placed, anyway just saying....
