Major holders can still accept TO through Facility?

TO offer is now near 50% premium on current share price. Given the events of the pass few days, cannot fathom how the Board and fund managers stares investors in the eyes and say "hold"!!

I don't see the Board heavily upping their share holdings...

Mine is obviously insignificant in the scheme of things, but damn, it's my hard earned..
