Thanks Graz and Tony, you have touched on the part I don't understand being TSN's only asset is shares held in TSI so without a dividend who pays Gary's wage and rent on his office? In asking this I acknowledge that there seems to be enough cash on hand to get TSN through to CX disposal (IPO/Trade Sale) but I read somewhere on HC that CX could extend their 4 year hold - dispose mandate, what then? TSN CR?. Also asset backing isn't necessarily reflected in SP. Cheers and bring green!
