I've always been unimpressed by the way OEL management have failed to sell the business to investors and create excitement about their projects or anything for that matter - but this report is a beauty - has energy, provides comparisons to peers and is very optimistic even just short to medium term let alone longer term. Technically all the ducks are lining up as well for a solid move northE.
