Just a few points I wanted to bounce off you guys/girls:

- Would it make more sense to do a capital raising after releasing some good news? More people would be interested in participating and they could do it at a higher price, meaning less dilution.

- Although I think covata could have more than enough money to last them until june/july, especially with the revenue from Barmer adding 700k to the bottom line yearly.

- By issuing shares as a bonus to employees instead of cash may delay capital raising (but probably not remove the need for)

If 2-3 more contracts can be signed netting a total around 30,000 seats. that would bring revenue close to 2M per year. However i am not sure how that would affect the current MC of 150M which is probably already overvalued...
