At 1c you are buying at pretty much within 15% back of the envelope of cash backing and structure value. Only issue is if there is no action that cash position degrades like option premium as they pay themselves or waste it chasing a dream.

First sign of movement the shell traders will probably be all over it if they get a inkling of what will be backed into it. It will then trade a different range

I feel it is probably well early for any of the remnants of ACL to actually get good news but you never know something may come out of left field. Patents and prior research and any possible trail income into the future would not be much of a burden a a good calculated risk for a bio company in that field with cash flow be a cheap purchase and leave shell completely clean?

A clue is to look at what directors are doing at the Guinea mining company. These directors are the brightest directors ive seen in a long time ...so im bette some interesting action with this spec company into near future is my guesstimate.
