You forgot the cancellation of 120M options that would have raised an additional A$3M (placing price +25%).

They needed at least A$9 less than previously thought.

Valuation would be tricky at the moment, given the gross profit margin of over 90% on the one piece of actual info we have.

We know they are going to sell on data blocks to advertisers at a significant margin, but I doubt it will be in the 90% range.

Really need to see what the gross margin is across the multiple revenue streams etc before getting to a valuation multiple.
