Absolutely no doubt its the instos selling out. They would be as stupid as the ones who bought this morning if they didn't. PPP's recommendation was NOT TO BUY ABOVE 5.5 cents and that 5.5 cents was the ABSOLUTE MOST they would pay for HLX.
Looks like there are a few people who are going to get burnt on this one. And a target of 10 cents is just pure ramping.
