Agree and l believe they would of manipulated the share price close to 4 cents or lower by the RI due date and tried to scare holders from taking their rights.

Kept his cards close to his chest regards future funding plans and he is confidant the Takeover Panel appeal will be dismissed. He is confidant a better deal will be struck for all share holders if PRC dont get it their way. If we were able to wait for IGO Bumblebee results then the price may be higher if the results are good.
His biggest gripe was not being involved as an equal regards planning of entitlements and how the debt created could leave the company vulnerable.
Also said to expect some more mail from APAC and mentioned that they are funding their own legal fight and questioned how much it was costing to fund ABMs four lawyers.
Pete, How is that book of yours coming along. The latest ABU debacle would add a few chapters. Did you ever read Tragedy Track. It seems the Tanami is still capable of bringing men to their knees.
