Overall the proposition is likely to be more or less the same as we were presented last year. Raise ~$5 Mil, grow existing business, develop their next generation PBX (oper8tor ). With new directors, I would expect that the administration and listing should be fine, biggest risk then would be can the get they IPO away.

Whatever happens shareholders continue to hold shares in Vonex, only can't trade them on a public exchange.
