vcr v coh ...The only real downside I can see with VCR is that the technology is being used mainly at a "end of life" medical situation which boils down to a government supporting this situation which as we know is expensive.

...COH on the other hand is a technology brings in a quality of life which enables the patient to contribute maybe in a more productive way to the workforce than previously and we know a government would support this.

...Just my thoughts only and as you know I am a VCR supporter especially with the sp where it is atm.
