are you new to PSF? If so, welcome, and if so, I guess using PSF recent announcements would seem logical, after all, what else is there? Well, in fact there is lots more that supersedes PSF info.

But you are correct regarding new shares that will be offered, and in my mind, not too many for a company - Syntonic - that will become as big as is expected. The one thing you can't do however is value Syn based on PSF's recent financials; two very different identities. We don't have much on Syn's present figs, but we do know they cancelled the CR and the reason behind this: contracts. Add to that the launching of their Freeway product around the world, the revenue generating machine that DataFlex seems to be, the management team behind it all, and a potentially - most likely - disruptive technology that is sponsored data - and you will be just beginning to know what we have.

Won't be long before the above is substantiated and wee also learn even more.
