In my opinion the retail arm of the entitlement offer wasn't one that AJL would have been sweating on, the mere fact that Kerogen and Fudge and other major holders took their offer up in full would have been more important to management in planning the road map forward.

Whether one takes up their retail offer or not is purely a personal decision, but my view is we MAY never see these s/p levels again, IF approval is given to proceed with shale gas exploration.

As with any form of investment, it's all a gamble, but at these levels I consider it a great opportunity to average down any past investments in this stock.
