I was just reviewing something in the ann again. There is a statement

What the hell does that mean ?

face to face transactional element present ?? It's mentioned in the context of white label arrangements with telecos so it must mean alternative to teleco's.

facebook already has there own I often thought linked in would do well to have a call function.
