I was just reviewing something in the ann again. There is a statement
" Norwood is also actively exploring options for distribution of World Phone in alternative channels where a strong “face to face” transactional element is present "

What the hell does that mean ?
face to face transactional element present ?? It's mentioned in the context of white label arrangements with telecos so it must mean alternative to teleco's.
Social media or email chat maybe ??
facebook already has there own I often thought linked in would do well to have a call function.
