if management cant outline to the companies owners what the strategy is to profitability then they are not up to the task and need to be removed.
The strategy of crossing your fingers and hoping Frazer pulls the rabbit out, is not good enough.
I am concerned that even if the vax has the goods, management are not up to the task of delivering the best outcome. They are bleeding money and anyone who they negotiate with, will know it. They have (mis)managed themselves into a position of weakness in any future negotiations.
All they have to do is put their strategy on the table, so we can judge them accordingly.
Do they not have one?
If they don't put one forward you have to assume they don't.
Not having a strategy or not explaining it to the companies owners means they are not up to the task of running a business.
