Hi Trommel, but, but I thought SINOMA were going to be using all that graphite for the growing battery market. What will they do if we don't supply, sue us?
Just because we want to sell it at 98% shouldnt render our obligation (the binding one) to our Chinese partners invalid. If we didn't want to sell it we shouldn't have entered a binding contract to do so, just IMHO.
Anyway, an interesting read from KOH, let's hope we honour our agreements and supply them with whatever we agreed to and avoid any potential disputes over supply or refusal to supply. A a small top up Western agreement and away we go, off to the Western banks to see if we can get a loan.
