I have been uber critical of Grech since November last year and the rest of the dunderheads in charge.
But if there is an agreement, *because* they are wary of the CA, they will have to make an announcement.
I've held back from buying back in because I couldn't really calculate the risks of dilution, selling to a distressed debt firm, even VA which I regarded as virtually impossible admittedly.
I don't think any of the bulls, even Technicals (peace be on him) dared allowed a 'hair cut' to even appear as a gleam in their eye.
Of course it's Ockam's razor. The simplest way out of the mess for the banks that ensures them some return.
