Next month, they just sign a white-label deal with Vietnam post, its only worth $150k and gives them unlimited free calls for all their users. Then they do something similar with Mynamar Telecommunications, that deal though is worth $100k

Then, the announce an a 200% increase in worldphone sales, this puts them to nearly $3million for the year revenue.
Great news all round. Never mind the cost of supply the service, top line revenue would be much higher.

Except then both the unquoted performance shares would be triggered;

A) $250k worth of deals signed with the South East asian shares would mean 78 million more shares
B) The 3m worldphone cash - even if its not profitable - combined with the 2x contracts above, push above the $3m revenue threshold and trigger another 78 million shares to be issued.

If those are excersied, there would be just over 1 billion shares quoted - at current prices, that's $40million

There are also 50 million 2c options, but luckily they are escrowed until 2018 mostly so a while before they would be of concern.
