Why would you expect a young tech company in expansion mode to be delivering profits in the near term???
Any monies that could have been posted as profit will more than likely be reassigned to expenses to fund growth, including:
- more tech people to build out the platform and features
- more sales people
- more marketing activity
- more admin people / office costs to support opening new markets
The issues you should be focussed on is new clients signing up and revenue
