i guess on chart when they were gaining many customers it was easy to project that they will reach 150customers by end of fy. But when they changed the pricing there must have been quite a few customers that said hang on you want us to pay you double? And probably decided to stop or maybe the product is not what they are looking for after the testing stage of a few months. Maybe the problem is that it's hard to get employees especially big ones (5000>)to download and use the app. Look, we can debate what went wrong but the numbers don't lie. We can project what could happen in the future but that never goes well. Hindsight is always 20/20 and it is easy for us to blame someone for our mistakes of choosing a small gap in hopes of a big return. I too lost quite a bit of money here and I am disappointed. The chart right now reminds me of lyc 2 years ago. I think Rfn will get there someday but it'll be a long road.
