I cant see dilution as a good solution for banks either. You might see "mezzanine finance" equity bonus for banks by way of a warrant or 2.
Unfortunately the arrival of cash shed probably likely to be late 2016 and early 2017 so it aint over yet....but you never know. Bunny about and it could be a big one.
