Today's announcement was -
"As at the date of release, the signing of those formal agreements remains outstanding but completion on the previously announced commercial terms is expected soon. "

We knew this already.
The same terms are in place. This is a pre-payment.
It is already a friendly way of doing business - as most of the time the payment is only due when the shipment is free on board.
The 8/3 announcement referred to this process of long-form contracts and documentation as being required.

The Q4 shipment will also be to the same clients so we can reasonably expect that once this is done then subsequent shipment contracts will become routine.
These 2 shipments alone will amount to at least $108m USD - $36m for this and at least $72m for the next (although that one is likely to be 20%+ higher).

Give them a chance to cross their t's and do the deal properly.
If you're not used to the word "soon" as an investor, you haven't been doing this long enough.
