Timing smells of panic. Prob hoped to get a better outcome from qtrly release otherwise would have gone trading halt pre open
I think they saw the arse falling out of the SP and decided to call a halt in case they had to raise next few weeks against an even lower price
Hopefully I'm proved wrong
