tgn I'm not wishing to have the last say or go tit for tat on this topic as I'm sure you have a more accurate handle on community issues than I, but I simply cannot accept the government will change their stance on shale exploration just because of some protest movement. Mr. Cameron would be ridiculed forever, and his party would be seen as being non-electable if they caved in now.
I would expect the Labor Party in the U.K. to be opposed to shale exploration, they after all are the Opposition. But I dare say there would be some, or perhaps many, within that party who silently agree with the exploration of a home-grown resource, and who if elected may just "suddenly" see the light.
As for it being a big risk at "topping up"at the current share price levels, they are going for 20c not $2.00. Some may see it as a big risk, how I don't understand that logic, but me, I see it as a much bigger opportunity. Each to their own.
